Responsibility for Damaged or Lost/Stolen Packages

Custom Embroidery and Printed Items

Due to the personal nature of custom embroidery and printed items, we cannot accept returns on these products. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us, and we'll provide a prepaid return package for your convenience.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free (including makeup and deodorant), no animal hair, no smells of smoke, not final sale/clearance, and within the specified date range. Blazer Returns

For blazers that are the wrong size or don't fit as expected, there will be a 30% restocking fee. You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item and for shipping the new one.

Free Shipping
